General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
For all business relationships between H.A.L.T. GmbH, Berliner Allee 47, 58642 Iserlohn (hereinafter: H.A.L.T.) and the customer, only the following General Terms and Conditions apply. Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer do not become part of the contract, even without an explicit objection by H.A.L.T., including in cases where services are provided.
2. Offers, Ordering Process, Conclusion of Contract, Correction of Input Errors, Storage of Contract Text
2.1 Tickets and vouchers for EXITnow® can be purchased via our website www.exit-hagen.de or during our opening hours at our business premises. Only adults are authorized to make purchases.
2.2 The ticket and voucher offers in our webshop are non-binding invitations to order tickets or vouchers for EXITnow®. By clicking the "Jetzt kostenpflichtig bestellen" ("Order now for a fee") button, the customer makes a legally binding offer to purchase the tickets or vouchers in the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, the customer can view and edit the data at any time. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). The booking number automatically generated by us after submitting the order documents that your booking has been received, but does not yet constitute acceptance of the customer's offer. The contract is only concluded by our acceptance, which is sent in a separate email (booking confirmation). With the booking confirmation, the customer receives the ticket code, which entitles them to access the booked EXITnow® mission. If the customer ordered a voucher, the booking confirmation email will include the voucher code, which entitles the customer or the person receiving the voucher to use the voucher amount for purchasing EXITnow® tickets.
2.3 The customer must ensure that the email address provided for the order is correct, sufficiently configured (e.g., regarding spam filters), and has sufficient storage capacity.
2.4 Input errors can be corrected at any time during the ordering process by navigating backward or forward through the order process or using the browser's "Back" button. Under "Review," the customer can also edit the shopping cart, personal data, and payment method.
2.5 The order text is not stored by us and cannot be retrieved after completing the order. The information from the order process is provided to the customer again via the email confirmation. The customer can print the order details immediately after submitting the order.
3. Prices and Payment Conditions
3.1 All prices in our webshop include statutory VAT.
3.2 Payment for tickets and vouchers can be made via credit card (VISA and Mastercard), SOFORT transfer, PayPal, or on-site in cash or EC card (Visa and Mastercard not accepted on-site). We reserve the right to accept additional payment methods or reject payment methods in individual cases.
a. Credit Card Payment
Credit card data (Visa and Mastercard) are transmitted via SSL encryption to STRIPE. The purchase price is charged upon acceptance of the order. Data transfer may take a few minutes and must not be interrupted by the customer. Unauthorized chargebacks may incur fees (typically €10). Note that payment may occur before the contract is concluded, as the contract is only valid upon receipt of the booking confirmation email.
b. SOFORT Transfer
SOFORT is an online banking transfer system via STRIPE. Payment occurs in real-time directly from the customer’s bank account. Access to an online bank account is required. Note that payment may occur before the contract is concluded.
c. PayPal Payment
PayPal requires a PayPal account. After selecting PayPal, the customer logs in to confirm payment. Payment may occur before the contract is concluded.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1 According to §312g (2) sentence 1 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for services related to leisure activities if a specific date or period is agreed upon. Tickets for EXITnow® missions are therefore non-cancellable.
4.2 For consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade or profession), a right of withdrawal under §312g in conjunction with §355 BGB applies. For details, see the withdrawal instructions below.
5. Booking Conditions
5.1 EXITnow® is a team game for ages 10–99. Children and minors must present a signed consent form if unaccompanied. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 10+ are full-paying participants. Children under 10 may join for free, subject to maximum group size.
5.2 H.A.L.T. may refuse entry if there is reason to believe participants may disturb the game due to alcohol, drugs, or other reasons. No refund will be given.
5.3 EXITnow® is a live event. Late arrivals may be denied entry; no refund will be given.
5.4 Bringing food or drinks is prohibited.
5.5 Dangerous or bulky items, fireworks, weapons, tools, aerosol cans, noise instruments, laser pointers, bottles, intoxicants, or animals (except assistance animals) are prohibited.
5.6 Cameras, audio/video devices, and mobile phones are not allowed.
5.7 Recording or broadcasting the game or rooms is prohibited.
5.8 Serious or repeated violations may result in expulsion and a ban without refund.
6. Cancellations
6.1 Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before the game. Groups of 15+ or 3+ rooms require 7-day notice. Requests must be sent from the booking email.
6.2 Rescheduling after the 72-hour free period incurs fees:
Up to 48h: €20
Up to 24h: €40
Up to 12h: €60
6.3 If deadlines are not met, H.A.L.T. may charge the minimum booking amount.
7. Changes to Services
Minor changes may occur if necessary and do not substantially affect the booked mission.
8. Audio, Video, and Photography
8.1 H.A.L.T. may record photos/videos necessary for the game.
8.2 Team photos may be shared online (Facebook, Twitter) without compensation. Consent can be revoked anytime.
9. Liability
Liability is unlimited for personal injury. For other damages, liability is limited to foreseeable damage in case of slight negligence.
10. Set-off, Contract Language, Applicable Law, Jurisdiction
10.1 The customer may only offset undisputed claims.
10.2 Contract is in German. German law applies. UN Sales Law is excluded.
10.3 Jurisdiction: H.A.L.T.’s business address for commercial customers or public law entities.

Withdrawal Instructions
You have the right to cancel within 14 days without reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right, inform:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form. To meet the deadline, sending before the 14-day period expires is sufficient.
Consequences:
If you withdraw, all payments including delivery costs (except extra costs for non-standard delivery) will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method. If services began during the withdrawal period, you must pay for the portion already provided.
