The Hunt for the Rusk Recipe
Well, hello there, curious little detectives!
I’m nasty Frank – the notorious, clever, and of course completely innocent thief who swiped Gustav Knusper’s rusk recipe.
But don’t worry, I’m not as mean as my reputation suggests. After all, you need someone to guide you through this adventure, right?
So, listen closely! Want the recipe back? Then you’ll have to show me what you’re made of. Your journey starts in the city, at places Gustav held close to his heart. Perhaps the first clue will lead you to a hidden message in the marketplace, where he once sold his world-famous rusks.
Of course, I’ve made the clues a little tricky – I want to have some fun too!
But don’t worry, I’m not completely heartless. If you get stuck, I’ll give you a few hints – but only if you ask nicely. A little puzzle fun is part of the game, isn’t it?
Once you’ve solved the city puzzles, it’s off to the city garden. Even more challenges await there, and I’m sure you’ll have to put in some effort to progress. Oh, and watch out for the animals – they’re on my side. At least I bribed the squirrel with a few nuts…
In the end, if you really manage to solve all the puzzles, I’ll send you the recipe, and maybe you’ll make Gustav happy. And who knows, I might even manage to give you a bit of a challenge along the way. But remember: even if you solve everything, it’s been a delight to lead you on a merry chase.

Getting Here
We are easily accessible by bus, train, or car.
By car: Parking is available directly behind the building at Parking RING 1 (paid: €1.50 per hour). The entrance to our location is directly at the parking lot.
By bus: For bus lines 510, 512, 516, 519, and SB 71, please use the “Markt” stop.
By train: Take the train to Hagen Central Station (Hbf). From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk.
