If your mission cannot take place and you would like to cancel or reschedule, that’s no problem.
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before the game starts.
Simply send an email to hallo@exit-hagen.de. Cancellations cannot be made by phone.
For groups of 15 or more participants or bookings of 3 rooms, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the game starts.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent from the email address used for the booking so we can process your request.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of the booking cannot be free of charge, as your game master is booked exclusively for your group and the time slot is reserved.
If you reschedule after the 72-hour free period, tiered rescheduling fees apply:
Up to 48 hours: €20.00
Up to 24 hours: €40.00
Less than 24 hours: €50.00
An email to hallo(at)exit-hagen.de with your new preferred date is required.
